Via Apple Health
Open the Polar Flow app on your iOS device. Make sure you are logged in to your Polar account.
Go to app settings. Look for an option that might be titled "General," "Settings," or something similar.
Find the Apple Health integration. There should be a section for integrations or connections with other apps and services. Select "Apple Health" or a similar option to configure the connection.
Enable data sharing. You will have the option to choose what data Polar Flow can read from and write to Apple Health. Turn on the switches for the types of data you want to share, like activities, sleep, heart rate, etc.
Confirm the connection. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Polar Flow to access your health data through Apple Health.
After setting up this connection, data from your Polar device and the Polar Flow app will automatically sync with Apple Health, allowing centralized monitoring of your health and physical activity.
Via Google Fit
Open the Polar Flow app on your Android device. Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Go to app settings. Look for a section called "General", "Settings" or something similar.
Select Google Fit. In the integrations or connections section, you will find an option to connect or sync the app with Google Fit. Select this option.
Configure data sharing. As with Apple Health, you will be asked to select the types of data Polar Flow can share with Google Fit. Choose the relevant data for your tracking needs.
Complete the login process. Follow the steps shown to allow Polar Flow access to your Google Fit data.
Once you've completed these steps, your activities recorded via Polar Flow and other health and fitness data will automatically be updated in Google Fit, giving you a convenient overview of your progress and activities.
It is important to note that the specific steps may vary slightly depending on the version of your Polar Flow app or updates to your device's operating system. Make sure you have the latest version of the Polar Flow app for optimal integration.
