Data from your Fitbit device should appear in Propulsion shortly after your device syncs with the Fitbit app. Typically, syncing happens automatically every hour when your Fitbit device is connected to the Internet through your smartphone. However, you can trigger a manual sync in the Fitbit app for a more immediate update. After syncing with the Fitbit app, allow a few minutes for the data to transfer and display in Propulsion.
If you don't see your recent data in Propulsion after waiting a reasonable amount of time, check that:
Your Fitbit device is well connected to the Internet and close to your smartphone.
You have authorized Propulsion to access relevant Fitbit data.
There are no reported connection or sync issues in the Fitbit or Propulsion apps.
If you have a persistent problem, try disconnecting and then reconnecting your Fitbit device to Propulsion.
